to Stop Smoking
The Orange County Hypnotic Center offers one of the
most effective and specialized procedures for the control
of smoking.
How effective are we? About 80% of our clients have
been able to quit smoking after just one sessions! Some
clients, however, do feel the need to return for one
or more reinforcement sessions. This is usually not
needed, yet further sessions are available if the client
feels it is necessary. Thousands of people have visited
us and walked away from our office a nonsmoker even
after unsuccessful attempts to quit through so-called
"smoking specialists".
What do the stop smoking sessions entail?
All smoking sessions take into consideration the clients
individual habit and personality and suggestions are
formulated around these aspects.
Many people are concerned with gaining weight are being
nervous and temperamental after they quit smoking. So
hypnotic suggestions are given to reduce the possibilities
of these types of reactions.
Some people who quit smoking are tempted to start again

the use of hypnotic suggestions.
In this series of scientifically applied sessions,
the subconscious mind is given suggestions that enable

Self Hypnosis
Program for Self-Confidence, Positive Attitude, Overcoming
Fears, and Nervous Disorders
This is a 4-week program in which you, in a deeply
relaxed state, are helped to release negative feelings
and to replace those feelings with healthier more positive
ones.
Then, through direct hypnotic suggestion, your self-confidence
is increased and strengthened. A posthypnotic cue is
given, allowing you to relax deeply when you choose.
In the third session you are taught self-hypnosis which
will enable you to program yourself for the next three
to six months. This is necessary for the suggestions
given in hypnosis to remain permanently in your mind.
This program will achieve dramatic results. It will
help you build self-confidence, overcome fears, and
overcome many other bad habits, such as, nail biting,
hypertension, sleeping disorders, etc.

Stop Drinking
Alcohol
Build an aversion to alcohol. Exchange the habit of
drinking alcohol with the habit of drinking other beverages,
preferably water. Our program will teach you to relax
so you don't have to use alcohol to deal with stress
or to be more sociable or entertaining.

week for 4 consecutive weeks.

Study Habits
This is a 4-week program which focuses specifically
on improving your memory; an area in which hypnosis
has proven extremely effective.
The first and second sessions are to build up your
self-confidence and increased memory and retention.
You will be taught to study in a light state of hypnosis
where your attention span is greater and "test
taking" is much easier.
In the third session you are taught self-hypnosis which
will enable you to program yourself for the next three
to six months. This is necessary for the suggestions
given in hypnosis to remain permanently in your mind.
In the forth session you practice self-hypnosis so
that the hypnotherapist may see how you are doing and
if you need strengthening in any areas.
